TRAVEL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED | HOTEL GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS: • Strictly 2 people per room. • All guests must submit a copy of a valid identification card. • Bookings will only be considered guaranteed once full payment has been settled. • A hotel voucher will be issued once the reservation is guaranteed and paid. • All guests must fill-up the online Health Declaration & Registration Form of Paradise Garden Boracay thru http://103.137.179.172/paradisegarden/registration.php or see attached QR CODE. • Local Aklanon guests must provide Medical Health Certificate upon check-in issued from their respective Barangay Health Center or Any Accredited Hospital/Clinic. • Non- Aklanon guests will present a Copy of the Negative RT-PCR Test before Guest arrival. • Guest AKLAN QR CODE will be scanned upon Hotel Entry. • Guest/Tourist stayed from other Hotel more than one week in the Island and wish to extend stay at Paradise Garden will be required to present a Medical Certificate issued from any Accredited Hospital or Clinic. AKLAN PROVINCE GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS: • All guests must fill-up the online Health Declaration Card of Aklan Province: access https://touristboracay.com/ or https://www.touristboracay.com/health-declaration-boracay.aspx. • All guests must present an RT-PCR Negative result after undergoing the same (extraction date) not earlier than 72 hrs. prior to the date of travel (except Aklanon Tourists and children below 2 years old) • All guests must submit a copy of a valid identification card ( for children below 2 years old, kindly attach birth certificate) • All guests must present a confirmed booking from hotel/resort accommodation with DOT Accreditation and Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO). • Airline Ticket back and forth. • Submit requirements of Province of Aklan with subject format OHDC-Family Name, First Name to touristboracay@gmail.com and wait for the email response for HDC with QR CODE. IMPORTANT: Please read the attached "GUIDES FOR TOURISTS" from DOT for step by step process. NOTE TO TOURIST: • Paradise Garden Promo Package with our Partner molecular lab for Swab testing. • For Affordable RT-PCR Test (Swab Test) you may visit and log in link. http://www.tpb.gov.ph/rtpcrphtravel/ Airports Allowed: • Flights for Tourist via Caticlan Airport only • Flights for APOR/LSI via Kalibo only Furthermore, here are the requirements for APOR: • Mission Order - ( For Uniformed Personnel) • Travel Order - ( For Other Agencies) • RT-PCR test result • Hotel Voucher • Aklan Health Declaration Card with QR Code. Note: All this requirements will be Validate at Jetty Port with the LGU Malay. INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY | Incidental Deposit (cash or credit card) will be collected upon check-in and in case of non-consumption, it will be refunded upon check-out. Other incidentals consumed within the hotel must be settled on or before check-out. Incidental deposit is required as follows: 1 to 3 nights of stay - PHP 5,000 4 nights and over - PHP 10,000 Incidental deposits can be in cash or in the form of credit card verification. |
